About Loren Stevanja
I came to this work through experience — not theory.
I grew up navigating chronic eczema, life-threatening asthma, and severe anxiety, which led me down the conventional medical path at a young age. While I’m grateful for the role it can play, I found myself searching for something deeper — a way to understand why the body was struggling in the first place.
That search led me into years of study across nutrition, counselling, and root-cause health. I’ve formally trained in Nutrition, Counselling, and Root Cause Practice, alongside further education in holistic health, women’s health, and behavioural frameworks.
But beyond everything I studied, it was my own lived experience that shaped my understanding most.
When I began changing the way I ate — removing processed foods and returning to simple, whole foods — I experienced firsthand how powerfully the body responds. Symptoms that once felt overwhelming began to shift, and for the first time, I saw health not as something to chase, but something the body naturally moves toward when supported correctly.
This became the foundation of my work.
While I value a holistic approach to health, I believe food is where it all begins. It is the most consistent input we give the body — and the one that influences everything from energy and hormones to mental clarity and long-term health.
Today, I focus on simplifying nutrition back to what is essential. No extremes. No unnecessary complexity. Just a clear, grounded understanding of how to eat in a way that supports the body to regulate, repair, and thrive.
Humans are not separate from nature — we are part of it. Our biology was shaped by the natural world, and it recognises, breaks down, and utilises foods that come from it. Whole foods carry the structure, nutrients, and information the body is designed to work with, while modern, highly processed foods often disrupt that relationship. When we return to eating in alignment with nature, the body responds with greater balance, resilience, and vitality.
When you truly nourish the body, it responds — and it’s my passion to help people reawaken that understanding.
